We are currently assisting our client in their search for an Administrator to join their busy office. This
exciting, entry-level position will provide the successful candidate with a platform to further develop
their skills.

You will be responsible for
• Payroll
• Account Receivable
• Employee contracts
• Booking staff on courses and reconciling in-house files
• Credit applications
• Inputting timesheets and quotes into Workflow
• Calling and emailing client advertisements
• Assisting other staff within the Administration Department
• Credit control enquiries

You will require
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Intermediate Computer Skills
• Must be reliable
• Able to work as a team
• Previous experience in administration
• Experience in Xero accounting an advantage
• Eye for detail and accuracy
