We are looking for an experienced Site/Project Manager for permanent work in Christchurch.
As a Site Manager you will ensure projects meet delivery time frames, budgets, quality outcomes and make sure any risks are identified and minimised. You will also be guiding and providing support to the site team, liaising and developing relationships with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers. Other duties will involve project planning, ordering materials and month end financials associated with claims.
You will need to have
A current LPB Qualification
Have a strong background in commercial site/project management or project based experience.
Strong experience in concrete construction
Sound paperwork skills, including strong financial numeracy
A keen eye for detail
Ability to come up with solutions for any problems
Sound communication skills
Driven and motivated
Strong knowledge and experience in OHS
Excellent computer skills in project, Cost X, workbench, outlook and excel.
